Shipping Policies
We charge £20 for the first 3 cutouts then an additional £10 for each set of 3 after that. Therefore 1-3 cutouts is £20, 4-6 cutouts is £30 and 7-9 is £40 etc. These prices are due to the large size of the packages.
If you are not available for delivery or you supply any incorrect details you may be charged for the re-delivery.
We only ship within the UK and delivery time is between 7 and 14 days. If an order is placed and payment received from outside the UK a refund will be made less any possible costs incurred in providing the refund.
Return Policy
If we send you the wrong item, or the cut out is damaged we will arrange for collection, and on receipt of the returned item issue a replacement. Please contact us before sending any returns.
Please include your name, and order reference plus the reason for wanting to return the item.
Damaged Items
You must inform us of any damaged items within three days of receipt.
Should an item be delivered to you where the package shows signs of damage then you must inform the courier that you will not accept the package due to the damage shown. If you accept a damaged package and subsequently ask us to re-supply any items to you then you will be liable for full re-supply costs. In any event we recomend that the outer packaging is kept so that proof of damage or non-damage can be shown.
If an item is found to be damaged where the outer packaging is not damaged then we will issue a refund or replacement on return of the item. Evidence (eg photographic) of the damaged item must be provided.
