UK Shipping Prices
We charge £20 for the first 3 cutouts then an additional £10 for each set of 3 after that. Therefore 1-3 cutouts is £20, 4-6 cutouts is £30 and 7-9 is £40 etc. These prices are due to the large size of the packages.
Re-delivery (please ensure that you are available to collect your item)
We assume that there will always be someone available to take delivery of your item at your specified delivery address. If this is not the case then you must inform us of dates and times when there will be nobody there. If there is nobody available to take collection of your item and our courier then has to redeliver it on an alternative time or to an alternative location then you will be charged the full re-delivery cost.
Damaged Items
Should an item be delivered to you where the package shows signs of damage then you must inform the courier that you will not accept the package due to the damage shown. If you accept a damaged package and subsequently ask us to re-supply any items to you then you will be liable for full re-supply costs.
Refunds
We only ship within the UK and delivery time is usually between 7 and 14 days but may be longer depending on stock availability. If an order is placed and payment received from outside the UK a refund will be made less any possible costs incurred in providing the refund.
If we send you the wrong item, or the cut out is damaged we will arrange for collection, and on receipt of the returned item issue a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending any returns. When returning items please include your name, and order reference plus the reason for wanting to return the item.
The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to cancel any orders within 7 days of placement. If your item has been dispatched prior to your cancellation request then you should return the item to us immediately and unopened. It is your responsibility to pay for the postage involved in returning the item. If the package is returned to us and it is damaged or has been opened we will not provide a refund. Any refunds provided will be reduced by any costs that we have incurred – such post and packing.
The Distance Selling Regulations do not cover bespoke items and therefore once an order for a custom cutout has been placed it can not be cancelled.
