Shipping Policies

Delivery times

Standard cardboard cutouts and stand-ins are usually despatched within 3-4 working days. Custom cardboard cutouts are usually despatched within 7-10 working days.

During the Christmas period, orders received after the 23rd December will not be fulfilled until January 4th.

Shipping charges

Shipping is a one off charge of £19.00 ex VAT.

Parcels will be delivered between 8.00am and 5.30pm on a next day service by APC. A signature will be needed for a complete delivery. If the delivery address is closed a card will be posted at the address and re-delivery will be made the following day automatically. If the second delivery fails the parcel will be returned to the APC depot. It is the consignee's responsibility to collect the parcel within 3 days (ID must be taken eg. Driving licence, Utilities bill).

If the parcel is not collected it will be returned to Bit of Fun. At this point the order will be subject to the failed delivery charge of £12.00 ex VAT.

By ordering you are agreeing to the 'Failed delivery charge' and will be notified of the 'failed delivery charge' at point of ordering.

Please note:

  • The courier can not offer timed deliveries.
  • Any change in delivery address must be made before despatch.
  • Only Bit of Fun - c/o Towns On The Web Ltd. has the authority to change any delivery details after despatch.
  • Any change in delivery address made after despatch will be subject to an extra charge.
  • Additional deliveries (above the two attempts) will be subject to an extra charge.

Return Policy

If we send you the wrong item, or the cut out is damaged we will arrange for collection, and on receipt of the returned item issue a replacement. Please contact us before sending any returns.

Please include your name, and order reference plus the reason for wanting to return the item.

Damaged Items

You must inform us of any damaged items within three days of receipt.

Should an item be delivered to you where the package shows signs of damage then you must inform the courier that you will not accept the package due to the damage shown.  If you accept a damaged package and subsequently ask us to re-supply any items to you then you will be liable for full re-supply costs. In any event we recomend that the outer packaging is kept so that proof of damage or non-damage can be shown.

If an item is found to be damaged where the outer packaging is not damaged then we will issue a refund or replacement on return of the item. Evidence (eg photographic) of the damaged item must be provided.
